Pre-Order
When Pre-ordering a Japanese imported product, please make note of the Japanese Order Deadline Date. The Japanese Order Deadline Date is the final day pre-orders can be made for the product. This is generally a few days before the release date in Japan. This is to give our suppliers enough time to furfil all Pre-Orders made for the product. This also allows our suppliers to make every effort to ship them to the UK on the day of release in Japan, to get them in your hands as soon as possible.
Cancellations/Refunds
You have the right to cancel pre-orders at anytime.
Cancellations before the Japanese Order Deadline Date (See above) will be refunded in full. However any cancellations on pre-orders after the Japanese Order Deadline Date (See above) for the product has passed, refunds can only be processed as a partial refund. This is due to the pre-orders already being finalised with Japan, funds being converted and leaving the UK. Be sure to check the descriptions on each product to see it's defined Japanese Order Deadline Date (See above). We wish to provide you a safe and trustworthy service at all times, so please read through this T&C's carefully. Due to the nature of importing goods there are no exceptions for the above terms.
