The Magic: The Gathering – Secrets of Strixhaven Commander Deck: Quandrix Unlimited is the official blue‑green (Simic) Commander preconstructed deck for the 2026 Secrets of Strixhaven release. This deck is built around Zimone, Infinite Analyst, a student‑Commander whose entire gameplan revolves around X‑spells, +1/+1 counters, and generating massive Fractal tokens to overwhelm the board.
Zimone begins as a 0/4 for three mana, and her abilities scale explosively:
- She reduces the cost of your first X‑spell each turn by 1 colourless mana for each +1/+1 counter on her.
- Whenever you cast your first X‑spell each turn, she gains two +1/+1 counters, accelerating your scaling even further.
The deck includes 12 new‑to‑Magic cards, a full suite of Fractal‑themed payoffs, and a secondary Commander option in Primo, the Unbounded, a fractal wolf that multiplies 0/0 creatures into a growing army whenever you deal combat damage.
This precon is designed to “solve for X” — casting increasingly large spells, growing Zimone into a mana engine, and flooding the battlefield with enormous Fractals. Wizards of the Coast confirmed that this deck represents Quandrix’s mathematical identity: scaling, recursion, and exponential board growth.
